... Bitacora and Ardmore Holiday Cottage can both be found at the very tip
of Waternish, on Scotland 's Isle of Skye:

Directions to the Cottages from the Skye Bridge:
Travel North on the A87 until Portree.
Continue North on the A87 about 5 miles towards Uig.
Turn left onto the A850 towards Dunvegan.
Continue on for 18 miles then turn right on to the B886 to Waternish.
Continue on till the Stein junction then turn right up the hill.
Keep on that road for about 4 miles to a Y junction.
1. turn right up the hill to Trumpan: Ardmore Cottage is the second on the right
OR
2. turn left to Ardmore: Bitacora is the second house on the right
